The promoter is The Coffee Collective Limited (“the Promoter”). By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. The promotion commences at 12.00am NZST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   
2. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
   
3. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
   
4. Entrants will receive one entry for each eligible Troublemaker Coffee product purchased from The Coffee Collective during the Promotion Period. For example, purchasing two eligible Troublemaker Coffee products will result in two entries.
   
5. An eligible purchase must be made through www.thecoffeecollective.co.nz during the Promotion Period. No additional payment is required to enter other than the usual purchase price of the eligible product.
   
6. Entries associated with orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or otherwise invalid will not be included in the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
   
7. There is one prize, being the Troublemaker Ultimate Brew Bundle, with a total retail value of NZ$870.90, comprising:

8. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at the Promoter’s office at D5/5 Douglas Alexander Parade, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, on Thursday 1 October 2026.
   
9. The winner will be contacted by email on Thursday 1 October 2026 using the email address provided with their eligible order.
   
10. The winner must respond and claim the prize by 5.00pm NZST on Friday 9 October 2026. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant providing incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date contact information.
    
11. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize by the deadline, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. A replacement winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries on Monday 12 October 2026 and contacted using the details provided with their eligible order.
    
12. The winner’s name may be published on The Coffee Collective’s website, Facebook page and Instagram account. Any other personal information will only be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
    
13. The prize will be delivered free of charge to one valid New Zealand delivery address supplied by the winner. Delivery is not available outside New Zealand.
    
14. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    
15. If a particular prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may replace it with an item of equal or greater retail value.
    
16. The Promoter may cancel or suspend the promotion only where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted fairly or as described. Any action taken will be communicated through The Coffee Collective’s website and will comply with applicable New Zealand law.
    
17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from entry into the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
    
18. If a dispute arises regarding the promotion, eligibility or an entry, the Promoter’s decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
    
19. This promotion is governed by New Zealand law.
    
20. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility relating to the promotion.
