Coffee cultivation began in 1975 at Boa Vista with the Catuai and Novo Mundo varieties. Today, brothers Marcelo and Flavio Carvahlo Ferraz manage coffee production and constantly strive to improve the quality of their crops which now include Bourbon, Catucai, Catuai and Icatu varieties.
